Grilled Chicken with Bread Crumbs

Ingredients (4 servings)

Chicken thigh, cut into halves 4 slices
【A】 White wine 4 Tbsp
Garlic, sliced 1 clove
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper Pinch
Bread crumbs (Panko) 1 cup
S&B Assorted Chili Pepper 2 tsp
Olive oil 6 Tbsp


  1. Cut chicken slices to even thicknesses and remove extra fat.
  2. Put chicken in a bowl, add 【A】 and rub into meat.
  3. Pat chicken dry with paper towels, cover with bread crumbs and sprinkle S&B Assorted Chili Pepper over them.
  4. Place chicken slices on parchment paper on baking tray and drizzle olive oil over them.
  5. Bake in an oven at 180℃ (350F) for 10 minutes. Raise the temperature to 200℃ (390F) and cook for another 3 minutes.
