Grilled Chicken with Japanese-Style Chili Paste

Ingredients (2 servings)

Chicken breast 1
Grated garlic 1/4 tsp
S&B Japanese-Style Chili Paste 2 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tsp


  1. Slide the tip of knife into thicker part of chicken to spread out to an even thickness. Slice chicken diagonally into bite-size.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, spread garlic. Put (1) and cook until chicken is browned. Turn chicken over, place S&B Japanese-Style Chili Paste on top of chickens and spread out. When chickens are cooked, turn pieces once more to lightly sear chili paste, then place chicken onto a serving dish.
