Braised Steak in Assorted Chili Sauce

Ingredients (2 servings)

Beef steaks 200g / 7.1 oz
Broccoli 1/4
Salt Pinch
Pepper Pinch
Vegetable oil 2 tsp
【Assorted Chili and Onion Sauce】 Medium onion 1/6
Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
S&B Assorted Chili Pepper 1/2 tsp


  1. Cut beef into 2.5cm cube and lightly season with salt and pepper.
  2. Divide the broccoli into florets and cook in boiling salted water.
  3. To make 【Assorted Chili and Onion Sauce】, grate the onion and mix with the soy sauce, vinegar and S&B Assorted Chili Pepper.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan, add (1) and fry over high heat until beef is browned on all sides. Add broccoli florets and fry lightly. Add Sauce and mix quickly to coat.
