Braised Steak in Assorted Chili Sauce

Directions
- Cut beef into 2.5cm cube and lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the broccoli into florets and cook in boiling salted water.
- To make 【Assorted Chili and Onion Sauce】, grate the onion and mix with the soy sauce, vinegar and S&B Assorted Chili Pepper.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add (1) and fry over high heat until beef is browned on all sides. Add broccoli florets and fry lightly. Add Sauce and mix quickly to coat.
