Wasabi Ice Cream

Ingredients (2 servings)

Vanilla ice cream 150 g / 5.3 oz
S&B Wasabi Powder 1 Tbsp / 15 g / 0.5 oz
Milk 2 Tbsp / 30 g / 1.1 oz
Yogurt 3 1/2 Tbsp / 50 g / 1.8 oz

Directions

  1. Combine S&B Wasabi Powder and milk to make paste. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Soften vanilla ice cream by keeping at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  3. Add (1) and yogurt to (2), and mix. Place in freezer until it gets hard.
