Directions
【A】Wasabi Bagel
- Mix 【A】 well. Split bagels in half horizontally. Bring cream cheese to room temperature and mix with 【A】.
- Spread cream cheese on the cut surfaces of bagels and fill each bagel with fresh baby salad leaves and 3 slices of smoked salmon.
【B】Wasabi Dog
- Cut a diagonal lengthways slit in each roll. Cut several diagonal slits along each sausage. Mix 【B】 well.
- Place sausages in a heat-resistant dish, cover with mixed pizza cheese and cook in a microwave at 600W for about 30 seconds, until cheese is melted.
- Fill in each roll with fresh baby salad leaves, 【B】 and then (2), and garnish with S&B Wasabi Paste.
