Ingredients (4 servings)
|Fresh cod||2 slices|
|S&B Wasabi Paste||2 Tbsp|
|Mozzarella cheese||80 g / 2.8 oz|
|Fresh baby spinach leaves||20 g / 0.7 oz|
|Pizza crust||1 (22cm)|
|【A】 Olive oil||1 Tbsp|
|S&B Wasabi Paste||2 tsp|
|Black pepper(coarsely ground)||Pinch|
- Mix 【A】well. Cut cod into thin slices and apply 【A】both sides. Cut the tomatoes in half vertically.
- Spread wasabi over the pizza crust, arrange the cod and tomatoes on top, then cover with mozzarella cheese.
- Place in an oven pre-heated to 250℃(450F) and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until cheese are melted.
- Remove from oven and place baby spinach leaves over.
