Poke Bowl

Ingredients (2 serving)

Sashimi grade salmon or tuna 150 g / 5.3 oz
Avocado 1
Cooked rice 400 g / 14.1 oz
【A】 S&B Wasabi Paste 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
Sesame Oil 1 tsp

Directions

  1. Peel avocado and remove seed, and cut into dices. Cut fish into same size.
  2. Mix 【A】 and add fish and avocado in it.
  3. Put rice in a bowl, pour the mixture over it.
