Wasabi Pork

Ingredients (2 servings)

Pork, thin-sliced 200 g / 7.1 oz
Onion 1/2
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
S&B Wasabi Paste a little
Cooked rice 440 g / 15.5 oz
【A】 Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
Rice wine (Sake) 1 Tbsp
Mirin (Sweet rice wine) 1 Tbsp
Sugar 2 tsp
S&B Wasabi Paste 2 tsp


  1. Cut pork into bite-sized pieces. Mix 【A】 in a bowl, add pork and mix well until pork pieces are completely seasoned. Cut onion into 1cm wedges.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add onion and cook until tender, then add pork and keep cooking until pork is done.
  3. Put rice into bowls, top with (2) and garnish with S&B Wasabi Paste.
