Ingredients (2 servings)
|Pork, thin-sliced||200 g / 7.1 oz|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tbsp|
|S&B Wasabi Paste||a little|
|Cooked rice||440 g / 15.5 oz|
|【A】 Soy sauce||2 Tbsp|
|Rice wine (Sake)||1 Tbsp|
|Mirin (Sweet rice wine)||1 Tbsp|
|S&B Wasabi Paste||2 tsp|
- Cut pork into bite-sized pieces. Mix 【A】 in a bowl, add pork and mix well until pork pieces are completely seasoned. Cut onion into 1cm wedges.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Add onion and cook until tender, then add pork and keep cooking until pork is done.
- Put rice into bowls, top with (2) and garnish with S&B Wasabi Paste.
