Ingredients (2 servings)
| Pork, thin-sliced | 200 g / 7.1 oz |

| Vegetable oil | 1 Tbsp |
| S&B Wasabi Paste | a little |
| Cooked rice | 440 g / 15.5 oz |
| 【A】 Soy sauce | 2 Tbsp |
| Rice wine (Sake) | 1 Tbsp |
| Mirin (Sweet rice wine) | 1 Tbsp |
| Sugar | 2 tsp |
| S&B Wasabi Paste | 2 tsp |
Directions
- Cut pork into bite-sized pieces. Mix 【A】 in a bowl, add pork and mix well until pork pieces are completely seasoned. Cut onion into 1cm wedges.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Add onion and cook until tender, then add pork and keep cooking until pork is done.
- Put rice into bowls, top with (2) and garnish with S&B Wasabi Paste.
