Salmon Tartar with Wasabi

Sashimi grade Salmon, minced |

Onion, minced |
2 Tbsp / 15 g / 0.5 oz |
Tomato, minced |
50 g / 1.8 oz |
Lemon zest |

Dill, finely chopped |

【Sauce】
Double cream or heavy cream |
1 Tbsp |
Soy sauce |
5 tsp |
S&B Wasabi Paste |
1 Tbsp |
Directions
- Combine cream, soy sauce and wasabi paste in a bowl.
- Add other ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Place in a refrigerator for a while.
- Put the mixture in a round mold and decorate on a plate. Garnish with your favorite fresh herbs.
