Ingredients (2 servings)
| Beef steaks | 2 |

| S&B Wasabi paste | 1 Tbsp |
| Salt | to taste |
| Black pepper (coarsely ground) | Pinch |
| Soy sauce | 2 tsp |
| Vegetable oil | 2 tsp |
Directions
- Use tip of a knife to cut in the tendons between fat and lean parts of steak. Season the steaks all over with salt and pepper.
- Heat a frying pan and put oil. Cook (1) on a high heat on both sides. To finish, pour soy sauce around the steaks and baste both sides.
- Place the steaks onto a plate and garnish with S&B Wasabi Paste.
