Baked Potatoes with Wasabi Mayonnaise

Ingredients (2 servings)

Medium Potatoes 2
Thin green onion 1
【Wasabi Mayonnaise】 S&B Wasabi paste 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 3 Tbsp
Salt Pinch


  1. Wash potatoes well and wrap in plastic wrap. Cook in microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Remove plastic wrap, peel off skins, and cut potatoes into 1cm slices. Cut the green onion crossways into 2mm slices
  2. Put (1) into 【Wasabi Mayonnaise】 and mix to coat, then sprinkle a little salt. Arrange in a heat-resistant dish and cook in oven toaster for about 5 minutes, until surface is lightly browned. Sprinkle green onions over and serve.
