Baked Potatoes with Wasabi Mayonnaise
Ingredients (2 servings)
|Thin green onion
S&B Wasabi paste
- Wash potatoes well and wrap in plastic wrap. Cook in microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Remove plastic wrap, peel off skins, and cut potatoes into 1cm slices. Cut the green onion crossways into 2mm slices
- Put (1) into 【Wasabi Mayonnaise】 and mix to coat, then sprinkle a little salt. Arrange in a heat-resistant dish and cook in oven toaster for about 5 minutes, until surface is lightly browned. Sprinkle green onions over and serve.
