Fresh Tuna and Avocado Dressed with Wasabi

Ingredients (1 serving)

Sashimi grade tuna, chunks 50 g / 1.8 oz
Avocado 1/4
Lemon juice 1/3 tsp
S&B Wasabi paste 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp


  1. Cut avocado in half and remove seed and skin. Cut into 1.5cm dice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Put S&B Wasabi Paste into a bowl, add (1) and tuna, and mix to dress.
  3. Arrange mixture in a serving bowl and sprinkle soy sauce over.
