We aim to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive working environment in which all officers and employees of the S&B Foods Group can perform their duties with confidence. This includes clearly stipulating the prohibition of all forms of harassment through a set of internal rules and regulations in accordance with our Human Rights Policy, and we are committed to the early identification, prompt remediation, and prevention of recurrence of any related issues.

As part of these efforts, we have established and commenced operation of the “S&B Foods Group Business Partner Hotline” to enable business partners to report concerns or potential issues related to human rights within the Group’s supply chain. Please review the “Notes on Use” prior to making any inquiries or reports.

Notes on Use

The content of any inquiries or reports made to the Hotline, as well as the personal information of the individuals making the inquiries, will be handled with due care by a limited number of designated personnel within the S&B Foods Group and used exclusively for the purposes of fact‑finding, investigation, and appropriate response.
This information will not be used beyond the stated purposes nor disclosed to any third party without the prior consent of the individual concerned.

The S&B Foods Group utilizes a system provided by NAVEX Global, Inc. (NAVEX), an independent third‑party service provider, for the administration of inquiries submitted through the Hotline, pursuant to applicable service and confidentiality agreements.

The S&B Foods Group strictly prohibits any form of retaliation or unfavorable treatment against individuals who, in good faith, report concerns related to human rights or compliance violations or actual or potential compliance violations, including those related to human rights.
