Tofu Salad Bowl

Ingredients (2 servings)

Tofu (Firm type) 300g
Flour As needed
Sesame oil As needed
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil 2 Tbsp
Avocado (sliced) Desired amount
Carrot (shredded) Desired amount
Corn kernels Desired amount
Rice (cooked) Desired amount
White sesame Desired amount

Directions

  1. Wrap the tofu in a paper towel and leave for 15 minutes to drain. Cut the tofu into bite-size dices and coat them with flour.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Fry [1] until the entire surface is crisp and brown.
  3. Put [2] in a mixing bowl and add S&B UMAMI TOPPING. Mix well.
  4. Put rice in a bowl and sprinkle white sesame over the rice. Top with [3], avocado, carrot, and corn.
    Serve with S&B UMAMI TOPPING as desired.
