Directions
- Wrap the tofu in a paper towel and leave for 15 minutes to drain. Cut the tofu into bite-size dices and coat them with flour.
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Fry [1] until the entire surface is crisp and brown.
- Put [2] in a mixing bowl and add S&B UMAMI TOPPING. Mix well.
- Put rice in a bowl and sprinkle white sesame over the rice. Top with [3], avocado, carrot, and corn.
Serve with S&B UMAMI TOPPING as desired.
