Salmon Rice Bowl

Ingredients (2 servings)

Warm cooked rice 400g
[A]
Vinegar 2 Tbsp
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Salt 2/3 tsp
Salmon 150g
Avocado 1/2
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil Desired amount

Directions

  1. Mix together [A], dissolving the sugar and salt completely.
    Mix [A] into warm cooked rice. Blend it well and allow it to cool.
  2. Cut the salmon and avocado into thin slices.
  3. Put [1] into a bowl and put the salmon and avocado slices [2] on top. Sprinkle S&B UMAMI TOPPING over the dish.
