| Salt | 2/3 tsp |
| Salmon | 150g |
| Avocado | 1/2 |
| S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil | Desired amount |
Directions
- Mix together [A], dissolving the sugar and salt completely.
Mix [A] into warm cooked rice. Blend it well and allow it to cool. - Cut the salmon and avocado into thin slices.
- Put [1] into a bowl and put the salmon and avocado slices [2] on top. Sprinkle S&B UMAMI TOPPING over the dish.
