Cucumber Cheese Rolls with UMAMI TOPPING

Ingredients (For 10 pieces)

Cream cheese 100g
Dill weed Pinch
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Cucumber 2 to 3 stalks
Smoked salmon 10 pieces
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil As needed

Directions

  1. Mix dill and lemon juice into the cream cheese.
  2. Thinly slice the cucumber lengthwise, making 20 thin strips.
  3. Place a salmon piece over a cucumber strip, matching the ends, and put [1] on the salmon.
    Start rolling from one end. Wrap another cucumber strip around the roll.
  4. Arrange [3] upright and garnish the rolls with S&B UMAMI TOPPING as topping.
