Tsuivan Smothered Udon Noodles

Directions
- Cut the meat and vegetables into thin strips. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- Cook the noodles as instructed on the package.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the garlic and beef together. When the surface of the meat browns, add the onion and carrot, and stir-fry until they become tender. Then add the cabbage and stir-fry until all the ingredients are cooked through.
- Add the noodles and curry powder to 【3】 and stir-fry them while blending them with the other ingredients.
- Serve the noodles and sprinkle them with chopped long green onion and UMAMI TOPPING as desired.
