Tsuivan Smothered Udon Noodles

Ingredients (2 servings)

Beef 150g
Cabbage 1 leaf (50g)
Carrot 1/4 (45g)
Onion 1/2 (100g)
Garlic (minced) 2 cloves
Flat noodles (dry) 2 servings
S&B Oriental Curry Powder 2 tsp
Salt Pinch
Pepper Pinch
Vegetable oil As needed
Water (for boiling the noodles) As needed
Long green onion (chopped) Desired amount
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil Desired amount

Directions

  1. Cut the meat and vegetables into thin strips. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the noodles as instructed on the package.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the garlic and beef together. When the surface of the meat browns, add the onion and carrot, and stir-fry until they become tender. Then add the cabbage and stir-fry until all the ingredients are cooked through.
  4. Add the noodles and curry powder to 【3】 and stir-fry them while blending them with the other ingredients.
  5. Serve the noodles and sprinkle them with chopped long green onion and UMAMI TOPPING as desired.
