Budaatai Khuurga Curried Rice

Directions
- Cut the vegetables and meat into 1 cm dices. Rinse the rice 3 to 4 times.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the garlic, carrot, and potato pieces together.
- When the ingredients are tender, add and stir-fry the meat with salt and pepper. Add 【A】 when the surface of the meat pieces browns, and stir-fry them together.
- Add rice and water, and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped long green onion as desired.
