Budaatai Khuurga Curried Rice

Ingredients (4 servings)

Beef 250g
Grated garlic 2 tsp
Carrot 1/2 (120g)
Potato 1 (130g)
Salt Pinch
Pepper Pinch
【A】 Soy sauce 1 tsp
S&B Oriental Curry Powder 1 Tbsp
Rice (cooked) 300g
Water 250ml
Long green onion (chopped) Desired amount
Vegetable oil 1.5 tsp

Directions

  1. Cut the vegetables and meat into 1 cm dices. Rinse the rice 3 to 4 times.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the garlic, carrot, and potato pieces together.
  3. When the ingredients are tender, add and stir-fry the meat with salt and pepper. Add 【A】 when the surface of the meat pieces browns, and stir-fry them together.
  4. Add rice and water, and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped long green onion as desired.
