Directions
- Cut the chicken into even pieces and sprinkle sake over them.
- Lightly flavor 【1】 with salt and pepper. Put oil in a frying pan and place the chicken pieces in the frying pan with the skin facing down. Cook until the skin has browned. Turn over the chicken pieces. Turn down the heat and cover the frying pan so that the chicken is cooked through.
- Combine the ingredients for 【Sauce】. Add the sauce to 【2】 and cook over high heat. Cook until the chicken pieces are coated completely and glazed. Cut the chicken into easy-to-eat slices and serve on a plate.
- Top with S&B UMAMI Flakes (Curry).
Serve together with vegetables of your choice.
