Teriyaki Chicken - UMAMI Curry Flavor

Ingredients (2 servings)

Chicken thigh 400g
Sake 1/2 Tbsp
Salt Pinch
Black pepper Pinch
Vegetable oil 1/2 Tbsp
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Flake Type Curry 100g to taste
【Sauce】 Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Sake 2 tsp
Curly lettuce As needed
Cherry tomatoes As needed
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Flake Type Curry 100g As needed


  1. Cut the chicken into even pieces and sprinkle sake over them.
  2. Lightly flavor 【1】 with salt and pepper. Put oil in a frying pan and place the chicken pieces in the frying pan with the skin facing down. Cook until the skin has browned. Turn over the chicken pieces. Turn down the heat and cover the frying pan so that the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Combine the ingredients for 【Sauce】. Add the sauce to 【2】 and cook over high heat. Cook until the chicken pieces are coated completely and glazed. Cut the chicken into easy-to-eat slices and serve on a plate.

  4. Top with S&B UMAMI Flakes (Curry).
    Serve together with vegetables of your choice.
