Directions
- Prepare the 【Curry Sauce】.
Heat the oil and stir-fry the onions and mushrooms until they are tender.
Add water and when it comes to a boil, turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted.
Turn on the heat again, and mix while heating. When it comes to a boil, simmer for 3 minutes over low heat.
- Prepare the 【Hamburger steak】. Add salt and pepper to the ground meat and mix well.
Add the egg. Mix the onions and breadcrumbs and add this mixture to the meat. Mix well.
Split the patty mixture into four, let out the air, and shape the steaks. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the steaks.
- Put rice, 【1】, 【2】, a sunny-side up fried egg, and vegetables in a bowl in this order, and sprinkle with plenty of UMAMI TOPPING.
