UMAMI Chili Okonomiyaki

Ingredients (For 2 servings)

Pork (thin slices) 150g
Cabbage (shredded) 200g
【A】 Egg (beaten) 1
Flour 100g
Water 100ml
Salt 1 tsp
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Flake Type Chili 100g 1 Tbsp
Vegetable oil As needed
Okonomiyaki sauce
*Worcestershire sauce can also be used.
As needed
Mayonnaise As needed
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Flake Type Chili 100g Plentary
Chives (chopped) As needed

Directions

  1. Cut the pork into thin slices, and shred the cabbage.
  2. Put 【A】 and the shredded cabbage in a bowl, and mix well.
  3. Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat it up. Line up half of the pork slices, put half of 【2】 on top of the pork, and then cook it forming a round shape. When the surface of the mixture dries, turn over, and cook it so it becomes fluffy.
  4. Once cooked, coat with the okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise. Serve with plenty of chives and S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Flake Type Chili.
