Okonomiyaki sauce *Worcestershire sauce can also be used. |

Directions
- Cut the pork into thin slices, and shred the cabbage.
- Put 【A】 and the shredded cabbage in a bowl, and mix well.
- Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat it up. Line up half of the pork slices, put half of 【2】 on top of the pork, and then cook it forming a round shape. When the surface of the mixture dries, turn over, and cook it so it becomes fluffy.
- Once cooked, coat with the okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise. Serve with plenty of chives and S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Flake Type Chili.
