Directions
- Cut the chicken breasts into large pieces. Combine the chicken wings and rub in 【A】.
- Put oil and 【B】 into a pot and cook over low heat. Once the spices start to pop, add the curry powder and onions, and stir-fry over medium heat. When the onions are cooked through, add 【1】 and stir-fry until they change color.
Add 400g of tomatoes and yogurt. Stir-fry and add the specified amount of water.
- When it comes to a boil, turn down to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Add 200g of tomatoes and season with salt. Sprinkle chopped cilantro.
