Tomato Soup Curry

Ingredients (4 servings)

Chicken wings 8
Chicken breast 2 pieces
【A】 Salt 1 tsp
S&B Oriental Curry Powder 1 Tbsp
【B】 Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Black pepper (whole) 1 tsp
Red chili pepper 1 (torn)
Laurel 1 (torn)
Vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
S&B Oriental Curry Powder 2 Tbsp
Onion (thinly sliced) 200g
Tomato (1.5cm dices) 400g
Yogurt 50g
Water 400ml
Tomato (cut into wedges) 200g
Salt
Pinch
Cilantro As needed

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into large pieces. Combine the chicken wings and rub in 【A】.
  2. Put oil and 【B】 into a pot and cook over low heat. Once the spices start to pop, add the curry powder and onions, and stir-fry over medium heat. When the onions are cooked through, add 【1】 and stir-fry until they change color.
    Add 400g of tomatoes and yogurt. Stir-fry and add the specified amount of water.
  3. When it comes to a boil, turn down to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Add 200g of tomatoes and season with salt. Sprinkle chopped cilantro.
