Add soy sauce, sugar, and 400 ml of the water from boiling the pork (①), and cook for about an hour until the pork is tender.
- Peel the boiled eggs and add them before the pork is completely cooked. Bring to a boil to cook the eggs in thickened broth.
- Boil the bok choy keeping its fresh green color and cut it into easy-to-eat sizes.
- Put the cooked rice in a bowl, pour 【1】 over the rice, and top with 【2】 and 【3】 to serve.
