Remove the skin from the chicken and cut it into large bite-size pieces/. Rub 【A】 onto the chicken pieces.
Roughly mince the red onion.
Put 【B】 into a pot and cook it over low heat until it becomes aromatic. Add 【2】 and stir-fry by turning up the heat to medium heat. Once it becomes tender, add 【1】. When the surface of the chicken browns, add the canned tomatoes and stir-fry them together. Add the amount of water listed in the ingredients and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes while stirring it occasionally.
Turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted. Turn on the heat again and simmer while stirring until the sauce becomes thick (Approx. 5 min).
