| Grated garlic | 1/2 tsp |
| S&B Oriental Curry Powder | 2 tsp |
| 【B】 Coriander seeds | 1/4 tsp |
| Cumin seeds | 1/4 tsp |
| Mustard seeds | 1/4 tsp |
| Laurel | 1 |
| Red chili pepper | 1 |
| Olive oil | 1 Tbsp |
| Red onion | 150g |
| Canned tomatoes (diced) | 400g |
| Water | 250ml |
| S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g | 1 pack |
| Dairy cream | 150ml |
| Cilantro | As needed |
Directions
- Remove the skin from the chicken and cut it into large bite-size pieces/. Rub 【A】 onto the chicken pieces.
- Roughly mince the red onion.
- Put 【B】 into a pot and cook it over low heat until it becomes aromatic. Add 【2】 and stir-fry by turning up the heat to medium heat. Once it becomes tender, add 【1】. When the surface of the chicken browns, add the canned tomatoes and stir-fry them together. Add the amount of water listed in the ingredients and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes while stirring it occasionally.
- Turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted. Turn on the heat again and simmer while stirring until the sauce becomes thick (Approx. 5 min).
- Add the dairy cream and the chopped cilantro.
