Roughly chop half of the smoked salmon, and cut the rest into bite-size pieces. Crush the garlic, and roughly mince the red onion.
Boil the fettuccine as instructed on the package.
Heat oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the red onion, roughly chopped salmon 【1】, and S&B Prepared Spicy Citrus Paste (Yuzu-kosho) , and stir-fry. Add white wine and let it come to a boil.
Add 30 ml of hot water, and turn off the heat once it comes to a boil. Add the pasta and mix. Add the sprouts and the salmon cut into bite-size pieces 【1】 and mix lightly. Serve on a plate and add S&B Spicy Citrus Paste on the side as desired. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
