Spicy Citrus Paste Salmon Pasta

Ingredients (2 servings)

Smoked salmon 100g
Garlic 1/2 clove
Red onion 50g
Olive oil 1 Tbsp
S&B Prepared Spicy Citrus Paste (Yuzu-kosho) 2 tsp
White wine 2 Tbsp
Hot water 30ml
Fettuccine 150g
Salt Pinch
White pepper (coarsely ground) Pinch
Sprouts As needed
Mustard As needed
Red cabbage As needed
S&B Prepared Spicy Citrus Paste (Yuzu-kosho) 1 tsp

Directions

  1. Roughly chop half of the smoked salmon, and cut the rest into bite-size pieces. Crush the garlic, and roughly mince the red onion.
  2. Boil the fettuccine as instructed on the package.
  3. Heat oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the red onion, roughly chopped salmon 【1】, and S&B Prepared Spicy Citrus Paste (Yuzu-kosho) , and stir-fry. Add white wine and let it come to a boil.
  4. Add 30 ml of hot water, and turn off the heat once it comes to a boil. Add the pasta and mix.
    Add the sprouts and the salmon cut into bite-size pieces 【1】 and mix lightly. Serve on a plate and add S&B Spicy Citrus Paste on the side as desired. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
