Soba Salad with Crunchy Garlic Dressing

Ingredients (For 2 servings)

Soba noodles (buckwheat noodles) or Pasta 2 servings
Shrimp (peeled, deveined) 50g
【Salad vegetables of your choice 200g】 Avocado (bite-sized pieces) As need
Red onion (sliced) As need
Baby leaves As need
Lime (sliced) As need
【Crunchy Garlic Dressing】 Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
Honey 1・1/2 Tbsp
White wine vinegar 2 Tbsp
Chicken builon 1 tsp
Water 300 ml
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil 1・1/2 Tbsp
Lime wedges As needed


  1. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Run under cool water and drain.
    Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook.
  2. Put 【A】 in a bowl and mix well for Crunchy Garlic dressing.
  3. Cook the soba noodles according to package direction.
    Rinse the noodles in cold water and drain. Place in a serving bowl.
  4. Add 【1】 and pour the dressing over the noodles.
    Top with lime wedges for squeezing.
