Soba Salad with Crunchy Garlic Dressing

Soba noodles (buckwheat noodles) or Pasta |

Shrimp (peeled, deveined) |

【Salad vegetables of your choice 200g】
Avocado (bite-sized pieces) |

【Crunchy Garlic Dressing】
Soy sauce |
1 Tbsp |
Honey |
1・1/2 Tbsp |
White wine vinegar |
2 Tbsp |
Chicken builon |
1 tsp |

Directions
- Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Run under cool water and drain.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook.
- Put 【A】 in a bowl and mix well for Crunchy Garlic dressing.
- Cook the soba noodles according to package direction.
Rinse the noodles in cold water and drain. Place in a serving bowl.
- Add 【1】 and pour the dressing over the noodles.
Top with lime wedges for squeezing.
