Ingredients (4 servings)
| Okras | 500 g |

| Onion | 150 g |
| Tomato | 200 g |
| 【A】 Cumin seeds | 1/2 tsp |
| Coriander seeds | 1/2 tsp |
| Mustard seeds | 1/2 tsp |
| Olive oil | 2 Tbsp |
| Salt | 1/3 tsp |
| S&B Oriental Curry Powder 85g | 1 Tbsp |
Directions
- Cut off the tops and the tips of the okra pods, and cut each of them into 2 or 3 pieces. Cut the onion in half across the grain (side to side), then slice. Cut the tomatoes into bite-size pieces.
- Mix 【A】 together in a frying pan over low heat. When the mixture becomes fragrant, add the onion and stir-fry until they become tender.
Add the okras and continue to stir-fry. When they turn rich green, sprinkle the salt and curry powder and mix well. Cover the pan and steam the okras over low heat for 10 minutes. - Add the tomatoes and stir-fry for 5 minutes, mixing with the okras.
