Ingredients (4 servings)
|【A】 Cumin seeds||1/2 tsp|
|Coriander seeds||1/2 tsp|
|Mustard seeds||1/2 tsp|
|Olive oil||2 Tbsp|
|S&B Oriental Curry Powder 85g||1 Tbsp|
- Cut off the tops and the tips of the okra pods, and cut each of them into 2 or 3 pieces. Cut the onion in half across the grain (side to side), then slice. Cut the tomatoes into bite-size pieces.
- Mix 【A】 together in a frying pan over low heat. When the mixture becomes fragrant, add the onion and stir-fry until they become tender.
Add the okras and continue to stir-fry. When they turn rich green, sprinkle the salt and curry powder and mix well. Cover the pan and steam the okras over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and stir-fry for 5 minutes, mixing with the okras.
