Curry-flavored Okonomiyaki

Ingredients (2 servings)

Pork (thinly sliced) 150 g
Cabbage (shredded) 200 g
【A】 Egg (beaten) 1
Flour 100 g
Water 100 ml
Salt 1 tsp
S&B Oriental Curry Powder 2-3 tsp
Vegetable oil As needed
Okonomiyaki sauce
*Worcestershire sauce can also be used.
As needed
Mayonnaise As needed
Shredded chili pepper As needed
Chives As needed


  1. Cut the pork into thin slices, and shred the cabbage.
  2. Put 【A】 and the shredded cabbage in a bowl, and mix well.
  3. Put and heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, line up half of the pork slices, put half of 【2】 on top of the pork, and then cook it forming a round shape. When the surface of the mixture dries, turn over, and cook it so it becomes fluffy.
  4. Once cooked, coat with the okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise. Add a nice touch of color, as desired, with chives and shredded chili pepper.
