Ingredients (2 servings)
|Pork (thinly sliced)||150 g|
|Cabbage (shredded)||200 g|
|【A】 Egg (beaten)||1|
|S&B Oriental Curry Powder||2-3 tsp|
|Vegetable oil||As needed|
*Worcestershire sauce can also be used.
|Shredded chili pepper||As needed|
- Cut the pork into thin slices, and shred the cabbage.
- Put 【A】 and the shredded cabbage in a bowl, and mix well.
- Put and heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, line up half of the pork slices, put half of 【2】 on top of the pork, and then cook it forming a round shape. When the surface of the mixture dries, turn over, and cook it so it becomes fluffy.
- Once cooked, coat with the okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise. Add a nice touch of color, as desired, with chives and shredded chili pepper.
