Ingredients (5 servings)
|S&B Vegan Curry Mix in Flakes 1kg||100 g|
|Potato(cut into bite-size pieces)||250 g|
|Carrot(cut into bite-size pieces)||250 g|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tbsp|
|Rice (cooked)||200 g × 5|
- Cut potato and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Add the potato and carrot, and stir-fry for 5 min.
- Add water. Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat.
- Simmer for approx. 15 min until the ingredients are tender.
- Turn off the heat. Add in and melt the S&B Vegan Curry Mix in Flakes.
- Turn the heat back on. Simmer over low heat for approx. 3 min until it thickens, while stirring frequently.
- Place rice on a plate, and pour over the curry sauce.
