Vegan Curry Rice

Ingredients (5 servings)

S&B Vegan Curry Mix in Flakes 1kg 100 g
Potato(cut into bite-size pieces) 250 g
Carrot(cut into bite-size pieces) 250 g
Water 700 ml
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
Rice (cooked) 200 g × 5

Directions

  1. Cut potato and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Add the potato and carrot, and stir-fry for 5 min.
  3. Add water. Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat.
  4. Simmer for approx. 15 min until the ingredients are tender.
  5. Turn off the heat. Add in and melt the S&B Vegan Curry Mix in Flakes.
  6. Turn the heat back on. Simmer over low heat for approx. 3 min until it thickens, while stirring frequently.
  7. Place rice on a plate, and pour over the curry sauce.
