Curry Tuna Onigiri

Ingredients (2 servings)

Rice (uncooked) 90 g
Water 110 ml
Tuna, canned 30 g
Mayonnaise 10 g
S&B Curry Powder 85 g 1 tsp
Salt Pinch
Pepper Pinch


【Rice cooked by a rice cooker】

  1. Measure rice accurately. Rinse the rice under running water in the inner pan.
  2. Add the amount of water.
  3. Place the inner pan inside the rice cooker, close the lid and cook rice per instructions.
  4. When the rice is done, stir and loosen the rice to remove excess steam and create a fluffy texture. Keep warm.

【Curry Tuna Onigiri】

  1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl, and divide into 4 equal portions.
  2. Place half of the white rice on a sheet of plastic wrap.
  3. Insert the curry-flavored tuna and mayonnaise into the center, form into onigiri shape, and serve on a dish.
  4. Top the onigiri with the curry-flavored tuna and mayonnaise to complete.
