Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients (4 servings)

Chicken thigh 600 g / 1.6 lbs
【A】 Yogurt 8 Tbsp
Garlic (minced ) 1 tsp
Ginger (minced) 2 tsp
S&B Oriental Curry Powder 2 Tbsp
Salt 2/3 tsp
Tomato ketchup 4 tsp

Directions

  1. Score the chicken where it is thicker than the other area to make the thickness even, and cut it into 4-6 pieces.
  2. Mix 【A】 and marinate the chicken 【1】 in the mix for at least 1 hour in a refrigerator.
  3. Roast the chicken in an oven at 250℃ (480℉) for about 20 minutes.
