Directions
- Score the chicken where it is thicker than the other area to make the thickness even, and cut it into 4-6 pieces.
- Mix 【A】 and marinate the chicken 【1】 in the mix for at least 1 hour in a refrigerator.
- Roast the chicken in an oven at 250℃ (480℉) for about 20 minutes.
