Chicken Ramen with Stir-fried Vegetables

Ingredients (2 servings)

Cabbage (bite-size pieces) 200 g / 7.0 oz
Onion (bite-size pieces) 100 g / 3.5 oz
Red bell pepper (bite-size pieces) 50 g / 1.8 oz
Yellow bell pepper (bite-size pieces) 50 g / 1.8 oz
Chinese chives (3-4 cm pieces) 50 g / 1.8 oz
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil 110g 1 Tbsp
Ramen noodles (Chinese-style noodles) 2 servings
【Ramen Soup】 Chicken bouillon 2 ~ 3 tsp
Hot water 500 ml
Scallion 10 cm
Ginger (sliced) 3 slices
Black pepper (powder) Pinch
Salt Pinch
S&B UMAMI TOPPING Crunchy Garlic with Chili oil 110g As needed

Directions

  1. For the Ramen soup, heat 【A】 in a pot over medium heat to a boil.
    Reduce the heat and simmer over low heat for 2-3 min. Turn off the heat and remove the scallion and ginger from the soup. Season with salt.
  2. Cut the cabbage and bell pepper into bite-size pieces. Slice the onion into 1 cm thick and Chinese chives into 3-4 cm long pieces.
    Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the onion, cabbage and bell pepper. Cook until all ingredients are coated with oil.
    Add the Chinese chives and S&B Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic and stir-fry.
  3. Cook the Ramen noodles according to package directions and drain. In a bowl, add the noodles and hot soup.
    Top with 【2】 and drizzle S&B Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic as desired.
