Chicken Ramen with Stir-fried Vegetables

【Ramen Soup】
Chicken bouillon |
2 ~ 3 tsp |
Hot water |
500 ml |
Scallion |
10 cm |
Ginger (sliced) |

Directions
- For the Ramen soup, heat 【A】 in a pot over medium heat to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer over low heat for 2-3 min. Turn off the heat and remove the scallion and ginger from the soup. Season with salt.
- Cut the cabbage and bell pepper into bite-size pieces. Slice the onion into 1 cm thick and Chinese chives into 3-4 cm long pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the onion, cabbage and bell pepper. Cook until all ingredients are coated with oil.
Add the Chinese chives and S&B Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic and stir-fry.
- Cook the Ramen noodles according to package directions and drain. In a bowl, add the noodles and hot soup.
Top with 【2】 and drizzle S&B Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic as desired.
