Miso Mayonnaise Baked Salmon

Directions
- Put Miso-yaki Seasoning Mix, mayonnaise and milk in a bowl to combine.
- Peel and slice the potato. Put them in cold water and drain.
- Place the potatoes on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave, covered for 4 min in a 600-watt microwave oven.
- Cut the broccoli into bite-size pieces and boil them.
- Peel the boiled egg and cut into 8 equal parts.
- Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces. Heat the oil in a pan, add the salmon and cook through.
- Place 【3】, 【4】, 【5】 and 【6】 in a baking dish. Pour 【1】 on top and sprinke with the cheese.
- Bake in an oven at 220 ℃ (428 ℉) for 15-20 min until golden brown.
