Miso Mayonnaise Baked Salmon

Ingredients (4 servings)

Salmon (bite-size pieces) 280-300g
Potato (sliced) 2
Broccoli (bite-size pieces) 1/2
Egg 2
Mayonnaise 30 g
Milk 2 Tbsp
S&B Miso-yaki Seasoning Mix 34g 1 package
Shredded cheese 20-30 g

Directions

  1. Put Miso-yaki Seasoning Mix, mayonnaise and milk in a bowl to combine.
  2. Peel and slice the potato. Put them in cold water and drain.
  3. Place the potatoes on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave, covered for 4 min in a 600-watt microwave oven.
  4. Cut the broccoli into bite-size pieces and boil them.
  5. Peel the boiled egg and cut into 8 equal parts.
  6. Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces. Heat the oil in a pan, add the salmon and cook through.
  7. Place 【3】, 【4】, 【5】 and 【6】 in a baking dish. Pour 【1】 on top and sprinke with the cheese.
  8. Bake in an oven at 220 ℃ (428 ℉) for 15-20 min until golden brown.
