Spicy Citrus Paste Flavored Lamb Ragu Pasta

Directions
- Chop the lamb meat roughly and rub 【A】 into the meat.
- Cut each vegetable into the specified size.
- Heat oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry 【1】. When the meat is cooked, add the vegetables 【2】 in the listed order and stir-fry.
Stir-fry until the tomato softens. Add the laurel, thyme, and dairy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens (8-10 min).
- Add the sour cream and S&B Spicy Citrus Paste and bring to a boil. Season with the salt and turn off the heat, and add the chopped Italian parsley.
- Serve with the boiled pasta to enjoy.
