Spicy Citrus Paste Flavored Lamb Ragu Pasta

Ingredients (2 servings)

Lamb meat (coarsely ground) 200 g / 7 oz
【A】 S&B Spicy Citrus Paste 1/2 Tbsp
Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder Pinch
Garlic (crushed) 10 g
Onion (roughly minced) 50 g / 1.8 oz
Celery (roughly minced) 20 g / 1 oz
Zucchini (roughly minced) 50 g / 1.8 oz
Mushrooms (quartered) 100 g / 3.5 oz
Tomatoes (1 cm dices) 100 g / 3.5 oz
Olive oil 1 Tbsp
White wine 50 ml
Laurel 1/2 leaf
Thyme (whole) 1/2 tsp
Dairy cream 50 ml
Sour cream 50 ml
S&B Spicy Citrus Paste 1 Tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Italian parsley As needed
Fettuccine or pasta of your choice (dry pasta) 150 g


  1. Chop the lamb meat roughly and rub 【A】 into the meat.
  2. Cut each vegetable into the specified size.
  3. Heat oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry 【1】. When the meat is cooked, add the vegetables 【2】 in the listed order and stir-fry.
    Stir-fry until the tomato softens. Add the laurel, thyme, and dairy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens (8-10 min).
  4. Add the sour cream and S&B Spicy Citrus Paste and bring to a boil. Season with the salt and turn off the heat, and add the chopped Italian parsley.
  5. Serve with the boiled pasta to enjoy.
