Spicy Citrus Paste Flavored Lamb Ragu Pasta

Lamb meat (coarsely ground)

Tomatoes (1 cm dices)

White wine

S&B Spicy Citrus Paste
1 Tbsp

Fettuccine or pasta of your choice (dry pasta)

Directions
Chop the lamb meat roughly and rub 【A】 into the meat.
Cut each vegetable into the specified size.
Heat oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry 【1】. When the meat is cooked, add the vegetables 【2】 in the listed order and stir-fry. Stir-fry until the tomato softens. Add the laurel, thyme, and dairy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens (8-10 min).
Add the sour cream and S&B Spicy Citrus Paste and bring to a boil. Season with the salt and turn off the heat, and add the chopped Italian parsley.
