【Pinchos③ Spicy citrus paste meatballs (8 pieces)】

Directions
- Blend the ingredients of【A】well until smooth and chill it.
Take 1/3 of it for the meatballs and divide into eight portions and chill them.
- Make the spicy citrus paste meatballs. Blend all the ingredients well. Wrap it around each piece of 【1】 to make balls and fry in a frying pan until cooked inside, and leave them to cool.
- Fry the zucchini until the surface is slightly burned. Cut the avocado and cherry tomatoes into bite-size pieces.
- Make the pinchos. ① Place the cherry tomato, prosciutto, and 【1】 on baguette slices. ② Spread 【1】 on baguette slices and place the avocado and smoked salmon on them. ③ Place each spicy citrus paste meatball and the cherry tomato on each fried zucchini slice.
