Pinchos with Spicy Citrus Paste Cream Cheese

Ingredients (Easy-to-prepare amount)

【A】 S&B Spicy Citrus Paste 1 Tbsp
Cream cheese 100 g / 3.5 oz
Honey 1 tsp
【Pinchos①】 Baguette As needed
Cherry tomatoes As needed
Prosciutto As needed
【Pinchos②】 Baguette As needed
Avocado (sliced) As needed
Smoked salmon As needed
【Pinchos③ Spicy citrus paste meatballs (8 pieces)】 Ground beef and pork 100 g / 3.5 oz
Onion (minced) 50 g / 1.8 oz
Egg (beaten) 1/2
Panko (Japanese breadcrumbs) 2 Tbsp
S&B Spicy Citrus Paste 1/2 tsp
Baguette As needed
Zucchini (round slices) As needed
Cherry tomatoes As needed

Directions

  1. Blend the ingredients of【A】well until smooth and chill it.
    Take 1/3 of it for the meatballs and divide into eight portions and chill them.
  2. Make the spicy citrus paste meatballs. Blend all the ingredients well. Wrap it around each piece of 【1】 to make balls and fry in a frying pan until cooked inside, and leave them to cool.
  3. Fry the zucchini until the surface is slightly burned. Cut the avocado and cherry tomatoes into bite-size pieces.
  4. Make the pinchos. ① Place the cherry tomato, prosciutto, and 【1】 on baguette slices. ② Spread 【1】 on baguette slices and place the avocado and smoked salmon on them. ③ Place each spicy citrus paste meatball and the cherry tomato on each fried zucchini slice.
