Spicy Citrus Paste Pasta Salad

Ingredients (4 servings)

【Spicy citrus paste dressing】 S&B Spicy Citrus Paste 2 Tbsp
Lemon juice 2 Tbsp
Lemon slices 2 slices (2 mm thick)
Salt 1/4 tsp
White pepper powder Pinch
Honey 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 4 Tbsp
【Salad ingredients】 Fusilli pasta 100 g /3,5 oz
【A】 Salt Pinch
Black pepper Pinch
White wine vinegar 2 tsp
Black olives (cut in halves) 8
Salami (cut into bite-size pieces) 50 g / 1.8 oz
Cherry tomatoes (cut in halves) 12
Parmesan cheese (thin flakes) 40 g
Vegetables of your choice(200g) Red onion (thinly sliced) As needed
Trevise (Italian chicory) (cut into bite-size pieces) As needed
Arugula (cut into bite-size pieces) As needed
Mesclun greens As needed
Chicory (cut into bite-size pieces) As needed
Tomato As needed

Directions

  1. Make the spicy citrus paste dressing. (When mixing, add the olive oil last.)
  2. Boil the pasta according to the package directions and rinse under cold water. Drain off water thoroughly and mix the pasta with A for seasoning.
  3. Cut the ingredients into the specified sizes.
  4. Slice the red onion and cut the trevise, arugula, and chicory into easy-to-eat sizes. Mix with mesclun greens and put in cold water for 5-10 minutes to make them crisp, then drain thoroughly.
  5. Mix 【4】, the tomatoes, and 【2】 in a large bowl, and add 【1】 and mix well.
  6. Add the olives, salami, and cheese to 【5】 and serve. Pour the desired amount of 【1】 over the salad when eating.
