【Cherry tomato relish】
Cherry tomatoes (roughly minced) |
150 g / 5 oz |
Red onion (minced) |
50 g / 1.8 oz |
S&B Spicy Citrus Paste |
2 Tbsp |

Honey |

White wine vinegar |
2 Tbsp |

Directions
- Cut the potatoes into large chunks, rinse them, and boil. When the potatoes are boiled, drain. Season with salt and pepper and mash the potatoes until smooth.
- Add the minced onion, S&B Spicy Citrus Paste, and dairy cream to 【1】 and mix. Pack the mixture in a cooking tray and allow it to cool thoroughly.
- Divide the mixture 【2】 into the number of pieces you are making. Wrap each portion around each piece of cheese and shape it into a cylinder-shaped cake.
- Coat each piece with flour, beaten egg, and panko in that order, then deep-fry them in oil at 170-180°C until nicely golden brown and drain off excess oil.
【Cherry tomato relish】
- Chop the cherry tomatoes into small pieces. Mince the red onion.
- Add S&B Spicy Citrus Paste and 【A】 to 【1】, and mix well.
