| Ramen noodles (or noodles of choice) | 2 servings |

| Chashu (meat of choice) | As needed |
| Onion | As needed |
| Chives | As needed |
| S&B Itokiri Togarashi (Shredded Chili Pepper) | As needed |
| S&B Prepared Japanese-style Chili Paste | As needed |
| S&B Chili Pepper (Ichimi Togarashi) | As needed |
| S&B Assorted Chili Pepper (Nanami Togarashi) | As needed |
Directions
- Prepare the soup. Boil the amount of water listed in the ingredients in a pot and dissolve the chicken bouillon. Dissolve the S&B Japanese Instant Aka Miso Soup and S&B Prepared Japanese-style Chili Paste, then add the sesame oil.
- Thinly slice the onion and put into a cold water bath. Mix in chives and drain thoroughly.
- Boil the noodles and drain thoroughly. Put into a bowl, then add the soup. Top with the boiled egg, chashu, and ②. Finally, top with S&B Itokiri Togarashi (Shredded Chili Pepper).
- Serve with assorted S&B Prepared Japanese-style Chili Paste, S&B Chili Pepper, S&B Assorted Chili Pepper on the side as desired.
