Spicy Nanami Miso Ramen

Ingredients (2 servings)

S&B Prepared Japanese-style Chili Paste 1 Tbsp
S&B Japanese Instant Aka Miso Soup 1 box (3 packs)
Hot water 600ml
Chicken bouillon 1 tsp
Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
Ramen noodles (or noodles of choice) 2 servings
Boiled egg As needed
Chashu (meat of choice) As needed
Onion As needed
Chives As needed
S&B Itokiri Togarashi (Shredded Chili Pepper) As needed
S&B Prepared Japanese-style Chili Paste As needed
S&B Chili Pepper (Ichimi Togarashi) As needed
S&B Assorted Chili Pepper (Nanami Togarashi) As needed

Directions

  1. Prepare the soup. Boil the amount of water listed in the ingredients in a pot and dissolve the chicken bouillon. Dissolve the S&B Japanese Instant Aka Miso Soup and S&B Prepared Japanese-style Chili Paste, then add the sesame oil.
  2. Thinly slice the onion and put into a cold water bath. Mix in chives and drain thoroughly.
  3. Boil the noodles and drain thoroughly. Put into a bowl, then add the soup. Top with the boiled egg, chashu, and ②. Finally, top with S&B Itokiri Togarashi (Shredded Chili Pepper).
  4. Serve with assorted S&B Prepared Japanese-style Chili Paste, S&B Chili Pepper, S&B Assorted Chili Pepper on the side as desired.
