Prepare the soup. Boil the amount of water listed in the ingredients in a pot and dissolve the chicken bouillon. Dissolve the S&B Japanese Instant Aka Miso Soup and S&B Prepared Japanese-style Chili Paste, then add the sesame oil.
Thinly slice the onion and put into a cold water bath. Mix in chives and drain thoroughly.
Boil the noodles and drain thoroughly. Put into a bowl, then add the soup. Top with the boiled egg, chashu, and ②. Finally, top with S&B Itokiri Togarashi (Shredded Chili Pepper).
Serve with assorted S&B Prepared Japanese-style Chili Paste, S&B Chili Pepper, S&B Assorted Chili Pepper on the side as desired.
