Fish and Chips with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients (2 servings)

Fresh cod fillet
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cake flour as needed
Potato 2 (300 g)
Vegetable oil As needed for frying
【Batter】 as below
Cake flour 60 g
Corn starch 30 g
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
S&B Curry Powder 2 tsp
Beer, cool 120 ml
【Dipping sauce】 as below
Mayonnaise 3 Tbsp
Lemon juice
2 tsp
S&B Curry Powder 2 tsp


  1. Cut potato into wedges. Fry it with 160-170℃ oil.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on fresh cod fillet, and thinly coat it with flour.
  3. Put cake flour, corn starch, baking powder, salt, curry powder in the
    bowl, mix it and add beer to make butter.
    Dip (2) into the butter. Then, fry it in oil at 180℃ until it becomes golden.
  4. To make the dipping sauce, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Place (1) and (3) on the plate. Serve with (4)
