Fish and Chips with Dipping Sauce

Directions
- Cut potato into wedges. Fry it with 160-170℃ oil.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on fresh cod fillet, and thinly coat it with flour.
- Put cake flour, corn starch, baking powder, salt, curry powder in the
bowl, mix it and add beer to make butter.
Dip (2) into the butter. Then, fry it in oil at 180℃ until it becomes golden.
- To make the dipping sauce, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Place (1) and (3) on the plate. Serve with (4)
