Marinated Cherry Tomatoes with Spicy Citrus Paste

Ingredients (2 servings)

Cherry tomatoes 16
Vegetable oil 3 Tbsp
Grain vinegar 1 Tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
S&B Spicy Citrus Paste 1/4 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Salt 1/3 tsp


  1. Cut 4 cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan on a low heat. Fry the half-cut tomatoes, lightly tamping to remove a little of the juice. (Add tomato while oil is cold to prevent tomato juice from spattering.) Then add the rest of the tomatoes and fry lightly until skins of tomatoes crack. Remove from heat and add other combined ingredients.
  3. Put mixture in a container and chill in refrigerator.
