Grilled Chicken with Yuzu Citrus Paste Sauce

Ingredients (4 servings)

Chicken thighs, cut equally into 6-8 pieces 2 slices
Salt and pepper to taste
【Sauce】 S&B Spicy Citrus Paste 1 Tbsp
White wine 2 Tbsp
Honey 1 Tbsp
Soy sauce 3 Tbsp


  1. Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Cut excess fat off chicken. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Put chicken in a non-stick frying pan without oil and fry the skin side. When skin is golden brown, cook the other side. When cooked well, fry the skin again to crisp.
  4. Garnish with side dishes. Put sauce ingredients in a frying pan and bring to boil.
  5. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
