| 【A】 Lemon juice | 30 ml |
| Soy sauce | 1 tsp |
| S&B Spicy Citrus Paste | 1 tsp |
| Garlic, finely chopped | 1 clove |
| Olive oil | 1 tsp |
Directions
- Mix 【A】 well and marinate chicken legs in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Drain chicken, reserving marinade, and pat dry. Place it on baking paper on baking tray.
- Roast in a 180℃(356 F) oven basting with reserved marinade every 15 minutes. Repeat for 1 hour until golden and cooked thoroughly.
