Ingredients (4 servings)
|【A】 Lemon juice||30 ml|
|Soy sauce||1 tsp|
|S&B Spicy Citrus Paste||1 tsp|
|Garlic, finely chopped||1 clove|
|Olive oil||1 tsp|
- Mix 【A】 well and marinate chicken legs in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Drain chicken, reserving marinade, and pat dry. Place it on baking paper on baking tray.
- Roast in a 180℃(356 F) oven basting with reserved marinade every 15 minutes. Repeat for 1 hour until golden and cooked thoroughly.
