Yuzu Roasted Chicken Leg

Ingredients (4 servings)

Chicken Legs 4
【A】 Lemon juice 30 ml
Soy sauce 1 tsp
S&B Spicy Citrus Paste 1 tsp
Garlic, finely chopped 1 clove
Olive oil 1 tsp

Directions

  1. Mix 【A】 well and marinate chicken legs in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  2. Drain chicken, reserving marinade, and pat dry. Place it on baking paper on baking tray.
  3. Roast in a 180℃(356 F) oven basting with reserved marinade every 15 minutes. Repeat for 1 hour until golden and cooked thoroughly.
