Grilled Salmon

Ingredients (4 servings)

Salmon fillets 4
S&B Wasabi Sauce 4 Tbsp
Olive oil 4 Tbsp
Salt Pinch
Pepper Pinch
Asparagus 8
Rocket 40 g / 1.4 oz

Directions

  1. Brush salmon fillet with 1 Tbsp oil, and cook both sides on grill.
  2. Arrange sautéed asparagus and rocket on plate, top with salmon.
  3. Serve with S&B Wasabi Sauce.
