Wasabi Cream with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients (4 servings)

Sliced smoked salmon 200 g / 7.1 oz
Crème fraiche (Sour cream) 100 g / 3.5 oz
S&B Wasabi Sauce 20 g / 0.7 oz
Red radish, grated and drained 100 g / 3.5 oz
Shallot, finely chopped 40 g / 1.4 oz
Dill, finely chopped 5 g / 0.2 oz
Chives, finely chopped 5 g / 0.2 oz
Olive oil 2 tsp


  1. Prepare the wasabi sauce by mixing all the ingredients except the smoked salmon. Use blender for a creamy, smooth texture.
  2. Once the mixture is creamy, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the wasabi cream and serve with smoked salmon. Alternatively, combine with crepes and roll to serve as canape.
