Wasabi Cream with Smoked Salmon

Sliced smoked salmon |

Crème fraiche (Sour cream) |

S&B Wasabi Sauce |
20 g / 0.7 oz |
Red radish, grated and drained |
100 g / 3.5 oz |
Shallot, finely chopped |
40 g / 1.4 oz |
Dill, finely chopped |

Chives, finely chopped |

Directions
- Prepare the wasabi sauce by mixing all the ingredients except the smoked salmon. Use blender for a creamy, smooth texture.
- Once the mixture is creamy, season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the wasabi cream and serve with smoked salmon. Alternatively, combine with crepes and roll to serve as canape.
