German Curry Sausage - Currywurst

Ingredients (2 servings)

Hot dogs 4
Laurel 1 leaf
S&B Curry Powder to taste
【A】 Ketchup 4 Tbsp
S&B Curry Powder 2/3 tsp


  1. Put water and laurel in a pan, bring to boil, turn heat low and simmer for 2 minutes. Put hot dog into water, turn heat high again and cook.
  2. Mix 【A】 well.
  3. Cut cooked sausages into pieces of 2-3 cm pour (2) over it, and top it with additional S&B Curry Powder.
