Curry Flavored Tuna and Mayonnaise Roll

| Roasted nori (seaweed) |

| Steamed rice |

| Rice vinegar |

| Canned tuna, drained |
50 g / 1.8 oz |
| Finely chopped onion |
2 Tbsp / 20 g / 0.7 oz |
| Mayonnaise |
1 Tbsp |
| S&B Curry Powder |
1/4 tsp |
| Salt |
Pinch |
| Leaf lettuce |
A few leaves |
Directions
- Mix vinegar and steamed rice to make sushi rice.
- Add other ingredients and mix well.
- Place lettuce and half of mixture on a sheet of nori and make a roll.
