Ingredients (2 servings)
Roasted nori (seaweed) | 4 sheets |

Steamed rice | 450 g / 1 lb |
Rice vinegar | 3 Tbsp |
Canned tuna, drained | 50 g / 1.8 oz |
Finely chopped onion | 2 Tbsp / 20 g / 0.7 oz |
Mayonnaise | 1 Tbsp |
S&B Curry Powder | 1/4 tsp |
Salt | Pinch |
Leaf lettuce | A few leaves |
Directions
- Mix vinegar and steamed rice to make sushi rice.
- Add other ingredients and mix well.
- Place lettuce and half of mixture on a sheet of nori and make a roll.
