Curry Flavored Tuna and Mayonnaise Roll

Warm cooked rice

Directions
- Make [sushi rice].
Mix together [A], dissolving the sugar and salt completely.
Mix [A] into warm cooked rice. Blend it well and allow it to cool.
- Combine the ingredients in [B] and mix well.
- Put a seaweed sheet on your palm with the rough side facing up.
Thinly spread [1] on the seaweed sheet. Put lettuce and [2] on top and roll from one end.
