Cheese-Topped Curry

Ingredients (5 servings)

Chicken
250g
Onions 250g
Carrots 100g
Potatoes 200g
Cooking oil 1 Tbsp
Water 840ml
S&B Tasty Curry Mix 1/2 box (100g)
Rice (cooked) As needed
Cheese slices As needed

Directions

  1. Cut meat and vegetables into bite-size pieces.
  2. Stir-fry the ingredients with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approx. 5 min.
  3. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx. 20 min.
  4. Turn the heat off, break S&B Tasty Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet.
    Stir until curry mix has completely melted. Simmer for approx. 5 min., stirring constantly.
  5. Place the rice on a plate, pour the curry sauce over it. Top with cheese cut into fun shapes.

Memo

  1. Enjoy with your favorite meat or seafood.
  2. For 1 box cooking (10 servings): Double the amount of ingredients with 1440ml water.
