Directions
- Cut the onion into 7-8 mm-wide strips. Cut the potato into 7-8 mm-thick half-moon slices and rinse them in water.
Cut the bacon into 5 mm-thick bite-size pieces. Remove the stem ends from the cherry tomatoes.
- Cook the spaghetti.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, then add and stir-fry the bacon, potato, and onion in this order.
- Once the potato is cooked, add milk and turn off the heat before it comes to a boil. Add the S&B Golden Curry Mix and melt it completely.
- Turn on the heat again and simmer over medium heat while stirring well. When the sauce thickens, add dairy cream and let the mixture come to a boil. Add the cherry tomatoes.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti and sauce [5].
