Curry Cream Pasta

Ingredients (2 servings)

Spaghetti 200g
Bacon 60g
Onion 100g
Potato 100g
Cherry tomatoes 120g
Olive oil 1/2 Tbsp
Milk 200ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 220g 1 block (27.5g)
Dairy cream (35% milk fat) 200ml

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into 7-8 mm-wide strips. Cut the potato into 7-8 mm-thick half-moon slices and rinse them in water.
    Cut the bacon into 5 mm-thick bite-size pieces. Remove the stem ends from the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Cook the spaghetti.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan, then add and stir-fry the bacon, potato, and onion in this order.
  4. Once the potato is cooked, add milk and turn off the heat before it comes to a boil. Add the S&B Golden Curry Mix and melt it completely.
  5. Turn on the heat again and simmer over medium heat while stirring well. When the sauce thickens, add dairy cream and let the mixture come to a boil. Add the cherry tomatoes.
  6. Combine the cooked spaghetti and sauce [5].
