Grilled Vegetable Curry

Ingredients (4 servings)

Beef (cut in bite-size for Japanese barbecue) 300g
Onion 1/2 (100g)
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
Water 600ml
S&B Golden Curry Mix 220g 3 block(82.5g)
[A] Egg plant 2
Asparagus 8 stalks
Bell pepper 1/2
Squash 1/4
Rice (cooked) As needed

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into 1cm-wide wedges. Cut the vegetables for topping into slightly larger pieces.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot, and stir-fry the beef and sliced onion. Add water and bring it to a boil. Turn down the heat and remove the scum. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Grill the vegetables for topping.
  3. Turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Mix after breaking it into pieces, then stir well until it is melted. Turn on the heat again and simmer over low heat until the sauce becomes thick.
  4. Put the cooked rice on a plate, then pour [3] over the rice. Add [A] as toppings.
