Directions
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the meat and vegetables. (Approx. 5 min)
- Add the specified amount of water and bring it to a boil. Once it comes to a boil turn down the heat. Simmer for about 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- While cooking the curry ingredients, boil the carrot and snap peas(emove strings)to use for topping later.
- Turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix while breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted. Turn on the heat again and simmer while stirring until the sauce becomes thick.
- Pour the curry around the rice shaped like a teddy bear face. Cut the ingredients prepared for topping and garnish the curry with the toppings as desired.
