Decorative Curry

Ingredients (4 servings)

Chicken breast 360g
Potato 120g
Onion 280g
Carrot 80g
S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g 1 pack
Water 540ml
Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
[Toppings] Ham As needed
Sliced cheese As needed
Snap peas As needed
Carrot As needed
Seaweed sheet As needed
Rice 150g x 4

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the meat and vegetables. (Approx. 5 min)
  2. Add the specified amount of water and bring it to a boil. Once it comes to a boil turn down the heat. Simmer for about 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  3. While cooking the curry ingredients, boil the carrot and snap peas(emove strings)to use for topping later.
  4. Turn off the heat. Add the S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix while breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted. Turn on the heat again and simmer while stirring until the sauce becomes thick.
  5. Pour the curry around the rice shaped like a teddy bear face. Cut the ingredients prepared for topping and garnish the curry with the toppings as desired.
